I've been creating beautiful and ephemeral things as seen on the border between dreams and reality.
I am constantly inspired by the transitions of nature and the things created by nature.

青山学院大学 文学部史学科 (現・比較芸術学科)
日本・東洋美術史専攻、卒業
2010年より創作活動開始
2018年よりcogna コニャとして作家活動をスタートさせる

cogna / Sakiko Sagawa
Ceramic sculptor,
born in Tokyo, Japan.
Graduated from Aoyama Gakuin University, majoring in comparative art history, mainly studied European Christian art and Japanese Buddhist art.
Began creative work in 2010 and starting own brand, cogna, in 2018.
First solo exhibition in May 2022. (Salon Ada, Kuramae, Tokyo)
Event by “Tojikomi” select stores in December 2022 - January 2023.(SEIBU department store, Ikebukuro,Tokyo)
